Section 1
1. Our Safety Commitment
Ome Call pairs people for live 1-on-1 video chat, so safety is part of how the service runs rather than an afterthought. We combine human content review, around-the-clock support, and controls you can use in the moment to keep conversations respectful.
This page explains, in plain terms, what we do behind the scenes and what you can do yourself. For the specific rules everyone agrees to, see our Community Guidelines.
Section 2
2. How Content Is Reviewed
Before a host profile is shown to other people, the photos, messages, and personal information that were uploaded are checked by our moderation team.
Reviewers look for content that breaks our rules — including violence, anything that may involve minors, and abusive or harassing language. Content found non-compliant is rejected and never displayed on the platform.
What gets reviewed?
Uploaded profile photos, album images, written messages, and profile details are screened before they are shown to other users.
What are reviewers looking for?
Violent or graphic content, anything that may involve minors, sexual exploitation, hateful or abusive language, scams, and impersonation.
What happens to violations?
Content that fails review is refused and not published. Repeat or serious violations can lead to account restrictions or removal.
Section 3
3. Around-the-Clock Human Support
A dedicated support team handles user feedback and safety reports 24 hours a day. Coverage runs in three rotating shifts of eight hours each, so there is always a real person available — not only during office hours.
Is someone always available?
Yes. Support is staffed continuously across three rotating shifts, every day of the week.
How quickly are reports handled?
Because coverage is continuous, reports can be picked up at any hour instead of waiting for the next business day.
Section 4
4. Tools You Control
You are never locked into a conversation. Every match gives you direct controls so you can act the moment something feels off.
- Leave any match instantly, without explaining yourself.
- Block someone so you are not matched with them again.
- Report harassment, explicit or illegal content, scams, threats, impersonation, or underage risk.
- Skip forward to a new match whenever a conversation is not right.
Section 5
5. What We Do Not Allow
Ome Call is for friendly, respectful live video chat. Nudity, sexual exploitation, violence, harassment, hate, illegal activity, and any content involving minors are prohibited and enforced through review and reporting.
The full list of expectations is written out in our Community Guidelines.
Section 6
6. Reaching Our Team
